In the morning of 9th April, the topping-out ceremony of NSR's new new energy vehicle parts manufacturing base was held in Cixi High-tech Zone. Mr. Zhang Zhongliang(Chairman of NSR), Mr. Chen Songjie (NSR General Manager), Mr. Wu Wei(President of Zhejiang Zhongnan Construction Group), partner representatives and NSR management team attended this ceremony.
On the ceremony, Mr. Zhang Zhongliang, Chairman of NSR, expressed his heartful thanks to the participants of this project. He said this manufacuring base was the largest one in NSR and the new plant would be a benchmark of the advanced manufacturing bases in this region. "The new plant will converge NSR's philosophy, family culture, lean manufacturing and Amoeba system together",he said,"it will contribute to the local and society, while pursuiting the material and spiritual happiness of the staff.”

Mr. Chen Songjie, general manager of NSR, said the successful topping-out was contributed to all the participants' efforts of this project, especially under interference of external circumstances, such as COVID-19, weather, labour and etc. This new energy vehicle parts manufacturing base was a key component of NSR's business transformation and development scheme. It would be the core of NSR's NEV parts manufacturing and it would fulfil the needs of NSR's rapid development and business upgrading in the future. " The completion of this new plant will improve NSR's production capacity, and contribute to the company's sustainable high-quality development,"he said.

Mr. Wu Wei, president of Zhongnan Group, expressed his warmest congratuations to the topping-out. He said,"during the last 279 days, under the efforts of all the participating teams, we have succesfully overcame the Summer heat, Winter cold, Covid-19 and typhoon. Today, the topping-out stands for a milestone of this project. We will make continuous efforts in the follow-up construction, and ensure a high-quality, high-standards delievery to NSR."

According to the planning, the total investment amount of "New Energy Vehicle Parts Manufacturing Base”project, the first phase project invested by NSR in Cixi high-tech zone, is 662 million yuan. This project covers an area of 56,021 square meters with a total construction area of 143,541 square meters. It is expected to put into production in 2024. Since its cornerstone laying ceremony in July 2022, this project was strongly supported by the local government and the construction team. The establishment of this new plant will further promote NSR's business layout in the NEV area.
Accompanied with a gun salute, the presenting guests worked together to pour the final concrete. The topping-out ceremony drew to a successful close.
