Recently, Department of Information Industry of Zhejiang Province published the first list of Zhejiang Manufacturing Cloud Enterprises, on which Ningbo Sunrise was listed.
Manufacturing Cloud Enterprises refer to enterprises which deploy digital management facilities and construct their core business on the cloud data. They utilize digital resources as the key elements to build a cloud-based digital collaborative ecosystem within and outside enterprises, as well as upstream and downstream of the industrial chain. In this way, they constantly improve the allocation efficiency of resource and intelligent level of production management, so as to realize the competitiveness, development quality and efficiency of manufacturing.
Since its foundation, NSR attached great attention to the construction of information system. We have independently developed equipment networking system, MES system, quality traceability system, intelligent measurement system, Amoeba management platform, etc, and integrated these systems with SAP system, OA system, PLM system, fund management system, etc. Therefore, we form a big data analysis platform based on Amoeba management, which is deeply applied to the production digitization, logistics digitization, multi-system integration and other aspects.
